The Role

We are seeking a Transformation Architect to join our Solutions Consulting team for Northern Europe. This remote position reports to the Solution Consulting Director, and candidates can be based in the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, or Denmark. Transformation Architects collaborate with our largest customers to develop a multi-year cybersecurity vision, requiring strong customer engagement and a deep understanding of both business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the strategic value and ROI of platform offerings to drive architecture value.
• Lead technical evangelism through community engagement, technical content, and empowering advocates.
• Conduct discovery and qualification to uncover customer needs and align them with technical solutions.
• Use storytelling techniques to create emotional connections and enhance sales presentations.
• Maintain market awareness and competitive knowledge to tailor sales approaches based on analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, networking, or security.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture with advanced understanding of networking or security.
• Proven business acumen to guide conversations towards desired outcomes.
• Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing tailored sales approaches based on market dynamics.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience in digital transformation planning and implementation within large multinational companies as a CXO, Enterprise Architect, or consultant.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, SD-WAN, GRE, IPsec, Layer-7 firewalls, Web Proxies, and Data Loss Prevention.
