The Role

Als Machine Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het verpakkingsproces van groenten en fruit. Je bedient de machines, stuurt het productieteam aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de veiligheids- en hygiëneregels gebeurt. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer, verwisselt folies en stickers, en grijpt in bij storingen. Daarnaast geef je duidelijke instructies aan je collega's, houd je toezicht op de voortgang en stuur je het team waar nodig bij. In jouw rol ben je de spil van het productieproces en denk je graag mee over verbeteringen binnen het bedrijf.
Je werkt in een moderne, internationale productieomgeving waar groenten en fruit dagelijks worden verwerkt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je komt terecht in een team met betrokken collega's en werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. De werktijden zijn: Ochtenddienst van 6:55 tot 14:55, middagdienst van 15:15 tot 23:30 en in het weekend dagdiensten vanaf 6:55 of 8:30. Tijdens drukke periodes kun je incidenteel in een 3-ploegendienst met nachtdiensten werken. Binnen deze organisatie zijn er volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen.
