The Role

In de rol van Senior Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het productieproces. Je bedient specialistische machines en stuurt actief bij op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en output. Met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid speel je een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van processen en het voorkomen van stilstand.

The Role

Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Instellen, bedienen en bewaken van de machines.
  • Bijsturen van het proces op basis van materiaal, temperatuur en output.
  • Oplossen van eerstelijns storingen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen signaleren.
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en planning.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van (junior) operators waar nodig.

What We Offer

  • Salaris tussen €3.000 en €3.200 bruto per maand (excl. toeslagen).
  • Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

Requirements

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving.
  • Technisch inzicht en procesmatig denken.
  • Proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring met het oplossen van storingen.
  • Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken.
