The Role
In this role, you will be the main contact for quality and technical matters between manufacturing plants and support functions. You'll collaborate with Plant Managers and Plant Quality Managers to enhance quality performance and outcomes, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and support investigations into quality deviations and product performance. Your responsibilities will include coordinating test batches, approving new formulas, and leading quality improvement projects. Additionally, you will implement quality-related IT systems, provide on-site training to plant quality teams, and assist with product transfers and the integration of new manufacturing sites.
