The Role
As a Production Operator at AkzoNobel in Sassenheim, you will work in a modern production environment prioritizing quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will include mixing, filling, and packaging our high-quality coatings, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production machinery
- Mix and fill paint products according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks
- Identify malfunctions and contribute to improvements
- Adhere to safety guidelines during operations
What We Offer
- Salary between €2,628 and €3,141 + travel expenses
- 13th month salary
- 44 vacation days
- 8% vacation pay
- 11.25% shift allowance for two-shift work

Requirements
- Experience in production or technical fields (preferred)
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
