We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our business operations remotely across the EMEA region. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adept at managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The Role

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication among executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle emails, correspondence, and internal communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Conduct online research and compile data as needed
• Support project coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing (if required)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience working with international teams (EMEA exposure is a plus)
