The Role
We are seeking a qualified Process Operator with a VAPRO B certification to oversee and monitor industrial production processes. Candidates with experience in Belgium will be highly regarded due to their understanding of European safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production processes and equipment
- Control process parameters and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Valid VAPRO B certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Process Operator in industrial settings
- Currently residing in the Netherlands (mandatory)
- Knowledge of process technology, safety procedures, and quality control
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Dutch or English
Nice to Have
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with automated control systems (e.g., SCADA/DCS)
- Additional safety certifications (e.g., VCA)
