The Role

As a Packaging Operator, you will oversee the transition from the previous shift and collaborate with management to plan the orders for production. You will operate one of the three production lines and eight packing lines, ensuring a smooth packing process and conducting quality control every hour. This position requires working in three shifts of eight hours each, with shifts from 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 6:00.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an overhaul from the previous shift and discuss order planning with management.
• Consult with colleagues to determine which production lines to operate.
• Ensure the packing process runs efficiently and perform hourly quality control checks.
• Work collaboratively with fellow operators and a chief operator to meet production targets.
• Manage two packaging lines independently during your shift.

Requirements

• Experience with operating modern machinery, including robots.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• A strong commitment to maintaining quality standards for products.
• Willingness to learn on the job if you lack prior experience.
