You will implement consumer-focused, data-driven assortment strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and convert product potential into effective financial and inventory results across various seasons.

The Role

As an Assortment Planner, you will be responsible for managing seasonal assortment and inventory plans for the Nike Marketplace. Your daily tasks will include:

• Creating and maintaining Sales, Margin, and Inventory Plans to enhance marketplace health and financial performance.
• Managing product-driven Open-to-Buy forecasts and aiding in supply and manufacturing decisions.
• Leading seasonal planning and in-season forecasting, including style-color level optimization.
• Providing clear performance insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing action plans.
• Collaborating closely with Merchandising, Finance, Marketplace Planning, and Supply & Inventory Planning teams.
• Transforming product potential and consumer demand into precise, data-driven assortment decisions.
• Streamlining complexity and ensuring alignment across marketplaces, seasons, and planning cycles.
