In your role as Buyer Household, you will determine which brands, products, and deals are available to customers in the household appliances and Floor Care categories. You will expand the category, foster supplier relationships, and create new commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities extend beyond purchasing; you will own the deal and its outcomes, including pricing, stock management, sales, and returns. You will independently negotiate on price, volume, and terms, while driving sales, margin, stock levels, and returns. Additionally, you will influence how your deals are presented, contributing to pricing, positioning, and presentation. From the initial supplier contact to the final results, you will maintain control and serve as the primary contact.

Your Profile

• Relevant commercial experience in purchasing, sales, account management, or category management.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and proactive in taking ownership.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into business.
• Strong negotiator and relationship builder, always focused on commercial outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master's level of working and thinking ability.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with a general understanding of Dutch.

Employment Conditions

• Competitive gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,000, based on your experience.
• An annual bonus that can reach up to €14,000 depending on results.
