The Role
As a Butler, you will ensure an impeccable and personalized guest experience, anticipating and proactively addressing guests' needs. You will serve as the link between our guests and the myriad offerings at De L'Europe, coordinating special requests and ensuring flawless execution. Collaborating with various departments, you will maintain an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests while working together in a small, professional Butler team. Additionally, you will act as a Lifestyle Liaison, recommending and arranging exclusive experiences and services for guests.
Requirements
- Experienced professional in guest service, preferably in hotel butler service (preference for female candidates with equal qualifications)
- Excellent planning and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations
- Knowledge of guest service systems and hotel software is a plus
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with an eye for detail
- Immaculate grooming standards and discretion in handling highly confidential information
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
