• A completed MBO-level 4 education.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Possession of the Wft Basic, Wft Damage Insurance for individuals, and Wft Damage Insurance for businesses diplomas, or willingness to obtain them shortly.
• At least one of the additional diplomas or willingness to obtain: Wft Agency Variations (formerly A-Varia) or Wft Agency Fire (formerly A-Fire).
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Strong social skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Affinity with advisory partners and maintaining a professional network.
• Proactive attitude in identifying improvements and optimizing processes.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and towards clients and insurers.
