Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is part of Eurofins Scientific, the largest Dutch contract laboratory for the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in analytical tests for (bio) pharmaceutical materials and products. This position is within the National Business Line Service Centre (NBLSC) team, where we aim to enhance global healthcare and improve pharmaceutical product quality.

De Rol

In this junior role, you will serve as the initial contact for clients and assist in customer support. You will work closely with Account Managers and technical experts to create high-quality quotations and client-facing materials. Additionally, you will contribute to projects that optimize Business Support processes and foster collaboration with various stakeholders.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and technical subject-matter experts.
• Prepare quotations for clients.
• Maintain and enhance quotation templates and client-facing materials.
• Keep client and commercial data updated and troubleshoot issues in CRM and LIMS systems.
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing workflows and Business Support processes.

Vereisten

We are looking for a proactive individual who works well in a team, engages with diverse stakeholders, and is comfortable navigating various systems. Ideal candidates should have:

• HBO-Bachelor in Life Sciences or related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience (starter or junior level).
• Knowledge and interest in molecular biology, (bio)chemistry, organic chemistry, and/or analytical chemistry.
• Strong interest in the business environment, with a capability to blend scientific and business skills.
• Experience or ability to work with complex systems, such as LIMS.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset and creative problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to resolving complex situations.
• Required proficiency in English; Dutch is an asset.
