De Rol

As a Business Lead for the Specials Valuations team, you will work alongside the Team Lead to expand this department. You will be responsible for the growth of the specials team, leveraging your extensive network for proactive acquisition, optimizing valuation models and processes in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team, and utilizing the Envalue Platform for future valuations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting commercial property appraisals, identifying opportunities for Envalue, and mentoring junior and mid-level appraisers.
