The Role

As the Business Lead for the Commercial Valuations team, you will work alongside the Team Lead to further develop this department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Team Lead to drive growth in the commercial team.
• Leveraging your extensive network for proactive acquisition.
• Optimizing valuation models and the appraisal process in partnership with the Data & Analytics team.
• Contributing to the future of valuations with the Envalue Platform.
• Actively utilizing the automatic valuation model for your appraisal assignments.
• Conducting commercial real estate appraisals and guiding junior and mid-level appraisers.
• Advising clients on broader real estate issues and collaborating with the transaction team on transaction-related matters.

Requirements

• Recognized as an expert in your field with knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate.
• Interest in data, technology, and the future of appraisals.
• Curiosity about themes such as ESG, circular valuation, and market development.
• Registered as an appraiser in the commercial real estate chamber with a focus on large commercial properties.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player who can support others content-wise and contribute to team success.
• Ambitious about personal and team development.
• Accurate and structured in your work.
• View responsibility as an opportunity and take initiative.
