We are looking for a Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting into target accounts and collaborating with Account Executives to convert interest into a sales pipeline.

The Role

You will be responsible for running outbound prospecting campaigns targeting named accounts, qualifying inbound interest, and routing well-scoped opportunities to Account Executives. Using a multi-channel approach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video, you will engage decision-makers while maintaining detailed activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in the CRM. You will also collaborate with marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and message testing, and conduct research on industries, accounts, and personas to enhance outreach quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns into designated target accounts.
• Qualify inbound interest and direct well-defined opportunities to AEs.
• Utilize a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) to connect with decision-makers.
• Keep detailed activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns and message testing.
• Conduct research on industries, accounts, and personas to improve outreach quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, objection handling, and managing high-volume activity.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
• Resilient, coachable, and motivated by quota-driven environments.
