About BingX EU

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will build and manage partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, brokers, and trading communities. Your focus will be on driving user acquisition, deposits, trading activity, and revenue growth while expanding regional markets and identifying new growth opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to support the development of multi-asset trading products and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development, partnership, affiliate, or sales experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Understanding of CFDs, ETFs, indices, commodities, or other multi-asset trading products.
• Strong partner network and proven track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a brokerage, CFD broker, trading platform, fintech company, or crypto exchange.
• Familiarity with traditional financial markets and trading ecosystems.
• Additional local language skills are a plus.
