We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our growth.
This role is not your typical sales position; it focuses on relationship building, creating systems for opportunity generation, and refining our client attraction and conversion strategies. You will manage significant aspects of our business development engine, including outbound campaigns, partnerships, nurturing warm leads, and enhancing our sales operations. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME - Building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships. - Identifying and researching ideal clients in eCommerce and digital marketing. - Managing and improving our outbound systems, messaging, and conversion rates. - Following up with warm prospects to keep opportunities progressing. - Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively position Prosana's services. - Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing for potential clients. - Negotiating terms and closing new business opportunities. - Developing strategic partnerships for qualified referrals and long-term opportunities. - Managing our newsletter audience and enhancing engagement. - Maintaining an organized CRM with accurate reporting and forecasting. - Conducting regular check-ins with clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. - Monitoring industry trends and competitors to inform our commercial strategy. - Continuously testing new growth initiatives and tools to improve efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE - You have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management. - You have experience selling B2B services, particularly to founders and marketing leaders. - You excel at building relationships and earning trust. - You are proactive and enjoy creating new opportunities. - You have experience managing outbound sales or lead generation campaigns. - You possess strong commercial judgment and can uncover client needs effectively. - You are comfortable negotiating and closing deals. - You enjoy improving systems and processes. - You think entrepreneurially and take ownership of outcomes. - You are organized and adept at managing multiple conversations. - You are data-driven and focus on measuring performance. - You are tech-savvy and proficient with CRMs and automation tools. - You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - You thrive in a dynamic, remote environment where initiative is valued.
