Over de vacature
Als Business Manager voor de LAB divisie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en ontwikkelen van een winstgevende LAB divisie die in staat is een leidende marktpositie te behalen en behouden in de BNL markt. Je werkt volledig samen met het managementteam en Mettler Toledo global aan het nastreven van de strategische doelen en targets van de LAB divisie. Als een belangrijke bijdrager aan het lokale senior managementteam ondersteun je bij het realiseren van de bedrijfsstrategieën en doelen van het bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat de klanttevredenheid als de beste in de branche wordt ervaren en dat aan de behoeften van klanten, medewerkers, leveranciers en aandeelhouders wordt voldaan. Je bevordert een ‘growth mindset’ door jezelf te verbeteren, je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen, uitdagingen aan te gaan, van kritiek te leren en inspiratie te putten uit het succes van anderen.
