We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major technology transformation programme within a large enterprise environment in the Netherlands. You'll play a key role in bridging business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with Product Leads, Software Engineers, and Architecture teams to design and deliver improvements across customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into detailed end-to-end technical solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads, Architects, and Engineering teams to define solution approaches.
  • Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and digital transformation.
  • Support the development and integration of enterprise applications across customer operations.
  • Assess technical feasibility, system dependencies, and implementation risks.
  • Work across customer service, billing, order management, and related operational platforms.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
