This position is responsible for the custodial care and maintenance of county buildings. Responsibilities include:
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles; replacing liners.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; restocking restroom supplies.
- Cleaning lobbies, offices, courtrooms, etc.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, blinds, and window sills.
- Cleaning break rooms and setting up rooms for meetings.
- Washing windows, walls, and baseboards.
- Maintaining supply inventory and stocking cleaning cart.
- Replacing light bulbs and cleaning kitchens and water fountains.
- Reporting repair needs to appropriate personnel.
- Performing related duties as assigned.
