Improving healthcare for 250 million people worldwide begins with maintaining our offices, and Epic's newly renovated headquarters in Den Bosch requires a Building Maintenance Technician to achieve this. This is not a typical office; it features creative, playful spaces alongside advanced building systems, including new automation technology. You'll be responsible for daily upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems, making this role ideal for someone skilled with tools, reliable, and passionate about maintaining a well-designed workspace.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Address maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, ranging from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
