Must live within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or be open to relocating (reimbursement provided). Improving healthcare for 250 million people worldwide starts with maintaining our offices, and Epic's newly renovated headquarters in Den Bosch needs a Building Maintenance Technician to ensure everything operates seamlessly. This is not your typical office; it features creative, playful spaces alongside cutting-edge building systems, including new automation technology. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, minor repairs, and support for building systems, making this role ideal for someone who is skilled with tools, reliable, and enjoys maintaining a well-designed workspace.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, doors/locks, and furniture).
Address maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, ranging from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
Assist with the setup and breakdown for office events, relocations, and space modifications.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for larger projects involving specialized tradespeople.
Ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
