Epic's newly renovated Den Bosch headquarters is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain our creative and playful workspace, equipped with state-of-the-art building systems, including brand-new building automation technology. You will be responsible for day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems, making this role ideal for someone skilled with tools, reliable, and passionate about maintaining a well-designed workspace.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
