Epic's Den Bosch headquarters is in need of a Building Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day upkeep and minor repairs. This isn't a typical office; think creative, playful spaces paired with state-of-the-art building systems, including brand-new building automation technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
