• Senior-level experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Planning, or Project Management within complex matrix organisations.
• Tooling Fluency: Hands-on proficiency with modern collaboration and workflow platforms (Airtable experience is strongly preferred).
• GTM & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of multi-season brand cycles, campaign workflows, and creative planning rhythms.
• Ambiguity Navigator: A natural ability to define scope, ownership, and milestones where processes are not yet rigid or standardised.
• Influencing Without Authority: Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, comfortable aligning cross-functional leads and senior leadership across EMEA and Global teams.
