• Develop and implement brand campaigns and activations for the Dutch market.
• Translate the overarching brand strategy into locally relevant plans and activities.
• Utilize customer insights, brand tracking, competitor research, and market trends to optimize campaigns and brand performance.
• Identify brand challenges with internal stakeholders and create actionable plans.
• Lead creative development and production, managing relationships with creative, media, and research agencies.
• Oversee campaign budgets, KPIs, timelines, and performance.
• Present recommendations to senior management and advise stakeholders on brand activation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Commercial, Legal, and other internal functions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the ongoing development of the brand strategy.

You are an experienced Brand or Marketing professional who combines strong strategic thinking with excellent execution skills. You are adept at operating in a complex corporate environment and can unite various stakeholders around a common objective.

You have:

• A relevant higher education degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, and campaign management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing brand campaigns and activations.
• Experience working with creative, media, and research agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance.
• The ability to connect brand strategy and activation to business challenges, customer perceptions, and commercial objectives.
• Experience within a complex international corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel and work from the relevant market and headquarters when required.
