We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand's image in the world. This role encompasses brand positioning, voice, visual identity, and the campaigns that create a memorable brand experience.

The Role

• Own brand positioning, messaging architecture, and voice guidelines.
• Lead brand campaigns from concept through to launch.
• Collaborate with creative teams on identity, design systems, and brand assets.
• Conduct brand research, tracking studies, and competitive monitoring.
• Educate internal teams on brand standards and ensure consistent application.
• Manage brand health metrics and report findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand management within a consumer or B2B context.
• Strong grasp of brand strategy frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading integrated brand campaigns from start to finish.
• Excellent written communication skills and a creative sensibility.
• Experience collaborating with creative agencies or in-house teams.
• Familiarity with brand research methods and tracking metrics.
