Accountabilities

• Ensure the quality, integrity, validation, and accessibility of biological development data by performing data quality checks, resolving issues, and managing trial data from various sources.
• Collect, prepare, analyze, and present biological data to support seasonal results reviews, Biological Assessment Dossier preparation, and data-driven product development decisions.
• Lead and coordinate Biological Assessment Dossier activities from project initiation to submission, managing timelines, deliverables, data readiness, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Identify project risks proactively and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies to keep biological assessment activities on schedule.
• Collaborate with regional technical managers, regulatory stakeholders, and multidisciplinary development teams to provide biological data expertise and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of high-quality biological assessment documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Seek opportunities to automate processes, optimize workflows, and standardize biological data management practices across development activities.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance project tracking, data accessibility, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of robust data management and governance practices while continuously enhancing the reliability and usability of biological information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Crop Science, Biology, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Professional experience in biological data management, R&D data support within crop science, Biological Assessment Dossier preparation, or multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Familiarity with biological or agricultural datasets from multiple sources and the application of data quality, validation, and governance principles.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and visualization skills, with experience in data management systems and tools.
• Knowledge of plant protection regulations, product registration requirements, or biological dossier preparation.
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying data issues, investigating their causes, and developing practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in collaborating across technical, regulatory, and international teams.
• Interest in AI, automation, digital innovation, and continuous process improvement, combined with a proactive and collaborative approach.
