In your role as a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that large corporate clients receive accurate, timely, and complete invoices. You can count on great employment conditions such as a personal budget, a 13th month bonus, and a vitality budget.

The Role

You will be part of the billing team for large corporate clients, where you will ensure that our clients can rely on correct invoices in the dynamic energy sector and suggest improvements you would like to implement.

Monthly invoices are sent out automatically. You will handle exceptions accurately and make necessary corrections due to various reasons. You will check the quality of data and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. Additionally, you will identify connections and propose improvement initiatives for billing processes. This involves close collaboration with colleagues from the large corporate client teams, regional teams, and external parties such as measurement companies and suppliers.

Requirements

• MBO level 4 work and thinking level in an administrative direction.
• Experience with billing processes and the SAP system.
• Accuracy and careful work are second nature to you.

Team & Culture

You will work closely with your colleagues in the large corporate billing department, forming a team of 12 colleagues. We frequently connect, both at home via Teams and in the office to enhance collaboration.

What We Offer

• Salary between €2,864 and €4,092 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week).

Good to Know
