The Role

You will play a crucial role in shaping how AI models learn and perform by delivering authentic audio recordings in your native language.

Responsibilities

• Record structured prompts in one or more native languages while ensuring accent authenticity and consistency. • Capture self-directed audio samples according to detailed project guidelines and quality standards. • Maintain consistent pronunciation, tone, and accent throughout multiple sessions. • Review and self-check all submitted audio files for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to criteria. • Collaborate with project managers and fellow crowd workers to resolve questions and enhance task quality. • Follow project-specific instructions and adapt to evolving requirements in AI training datasets.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in one or more languages, demonstrated by accent authenticity and clarity in recordings. • Ability to capture audio samples with precision and consistency. • Strong self-motivation and discipline to work independently while meeting deadlines. • Attention to detail to ensure recordings meet established quality criteria. • Prior experience in audio recording or transcription is beneficial but not required. • Willingness to adapt to feedback and adjust recording techniques as needed.
