Over Yeply

We are Yeply, the mobile bicycle workshop where every type of bike can receive service. As a Finnish startup, we aim to contribute to a healthy, sustainable form of mobility. Our mission is to make the maintenance and repair of bicycles simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We service all types of bicycles: from e-bikes to city bikes, from cargo bikes to transport bikes. All two-wheelers without a license plate are our specialty. Our technicians ensure that all bicycles are 100% ready to ride. We assist both consumers (in the area) and business clients (bike fleets). So far, we have maintained over 100,000 bicycles in Europe, and this is just the beginning!

Jouw taken

As a Bicycle Technician, you will contribute to Yeply in the Netherlands. This includes:

• Preventive maintenance of bicycles
• Independently performing bicycle repairs in our state-of-the-art converted vans
• Carrying out bicycle repairs for our business clients and promoting the Yeply business concept
• Recording work orders and maintaining digital files
• Managing the inventory of spare parts
• Working with a diverse team of bicycle technicians
• Supporting colleagues regarding technical aspects of bicycle repairs
• Ensuring a pleasant and safe working atmosphere for yourself and colleagues

Wat jij in petto hebt

• A completed MBO education (preferably as a bicycle mechanic or similar) or work experience in the craft sector
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• You show initiative, enjoy responsibility, and have a solution-oriented approach
• You thrive on the challenge of finding your structured workflow in a sometimes unstructured environment
• You have an interest in sustainable mobility and cycling
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You hold a driving license
• You speak Dutch and/or English fluently
• Full-time availability is preferred
