Transitioning from another industry? Always negotiable! ## Over Yeply: We are Yeply, the mobile bike workshop where every type of bike can receive service. As a Finnish startup, we aim to contribute to a healthy, sustainable form of mobility. Our mission is to make bike maintenance and repairs simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We service all types of bicycles: from e-bikes to city bikes, from cargo bikes to transport bikes. All two-wheelers without a license plate are our specialty. Our technicians ensure that all bikes are 100% ready to ride. We assist both consumers (in the area) and business clients (bike fleets). So far, we have serviced over 100,000 bikes across Europe, and we are just getting started! ## Jouw taken: As a bicycle technician, you will help build Yeply in the Netherlands. This includes: - Preventive maintenance of bicycles - Independently performing bicycle repairs in our state-of-the-art converted vans - Executing repairs for our business clients while promoting the Yeply business concept - Recording work orders and maintaining digital files - Managing spare parts inventory - Working with a diverse team of bicycle technicians - Supporting colleagues regarding technical aspects of bicycle repairs - Ensuring a pleasant and safe working atmosphere for yourself and colleagues. ## Wat jij in petto hebt: - A completed MBO education (preferably as a bicycle mechanic or similar) or relevant experience in the craft sector - Customer service experience is a plus - You show initiative, take responsibility, and have a solution-oriented approach - You enjoy the challenge of finding your structured workflow in a sometimes unstructured environment - You have an interest in sustainable mobility and cycling - You possess excellent communication skills - You hold a driving license - You speak Dutch and/or English fluently - Full-time availability is preferred. ## Waarom Yeply? - Base monthly salary of €2,600 - €3,500 - The opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our startup with your skills and experience - A varied job at different locations in your region - Work in a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic team with a flat hierarchy and transparent communication - A lot of freedom and responsibility - 24 vacation days plus 13 ADV days - Opportunities for growth within Yeply - Many social contacts and opportunities for personal input.
