In your role as a BHV Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will actively contribute to maintaining order and safety within and around the school building. During breaks, you will supervise the cafeteria, lockers, and playground, ensuring students only remain in designated areas. You will address student behavior and encourage them to keep tables tidy.

You will support the BHV organization during evacuations or emergencies and provide first aid when needed. Additionally, you will conduct passive access control by monitoring unauthorized individuals attempting to enter the building. Your goal is to ensure a safe and clean school environment. Note that you may also be assigned to one of our COA locations in the vicinity.

As part of your duties at the COA, you will serve as a point of contact for residents and visitors, assisting them as needed. If you observe any unusual situations or disturbances, you will address these behaviors to prevent issues. If a situation escalates, you will call security for assistance and work closely with them to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment. At the end of your shift, you will report on any incidents that occurred.

Your work schedule will vary, starting between 06:45 and 08:00, with end times ranging from 15:00 to 22:30. Please note that these are average shift times and may differ by location, so flexibility is important.

As a BHV Supervisor, you will undergo a four-day training program to prepare you for your role, which you will be paid for. After a paid onboarding period, you can start working immediately.
