The Role
Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een passie voor techniek? Wil je een enthousiast team aansturen en samen werken aan onze productie- en kwaliteitsdoelen? Dan is dit jouw kans! Door de uitbreiding van de afdeling Afmontage met een vierde productielijn, wordt een nieuwe teamleider gezocht voor lijn 4. Nieuwsgierig? Lees dan snel verder.
In deze rol geef je op een hands-off manier leiding aan jouw team en faciliteer je zelfstandig werken. Je coördineert en bewaakt de processen om de productiedoelen te behalen binnen de gestelde kaders. Je waarborgt veiligheid, kwaliteit en productie-efficiëntie door medewerkers te wijzen op onveilige situaties en ervoor te zorgen dat veiligheidsnormen strikt worden nageleefd. Daarnaast houd je de technische staat van de montagelijn in de gaten en zorg je voor voldoende bezetting en materiaal voor een soepele productie. Je werkt ook samen met andere teamleiders.
Je monitort de voortgang van de productieplanning, registreert KPI’s en communiceert deze met je team om iedereen op de hoogte te houden. Naast operationele verantwoordelijkheden ben je ook betrokken bij personeelszaken, zoals sollicitatiegesprekken en begeleiding bij ziekteverzuim.
Samengevat speel je een actieve rol in de voortgang van de productie en draag je bij aan een positieve werksfeer en samenwerking binnen het team.
In deze timmerfabriek worden al meer dan 50 jaar houten kozijnen, HSB gevelelementen en prefab onderdelen geproduceerd. De medewerkers oefenen vol passie hun vak uit, en sociale innovatie maakt hier het verschil. Baantevredenheid en werkgeluk staan centraal. Als teamleider van de afmontage kun jij hier onderdeel van worden. Er is ook ruimte voor ontspanning, bijvoorbeeld op de vrijdagmiddag of bij personeelsfeesten.
