In your role as a Behavioral Scientist in the Social Domain, you will serve as a content advisor for complex issues within youth care, Wmo, and safety. You will assist professionals in analyzing intricate cases, making informed decisions, and developing appropriate support for residents.

You will be connected to various teams within the social domain and work closely with both internal and external partners. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide advice on safety issues, guide colleagues in methodological and systemic approaches, and contribute to enhancing the quality of content within the organization.

Additionally, you will play a significant role in chairing case discussions, conducting risk assessments, and applying relevant methodologies, such as explanatory analyses and system analyses. With your analytical perspective and coaching approach, you will help professionals assess situations sharply and realize sustainable, appropriate solutions.

Waar ga je werken?

You will work through Corparis within a municipal organization in the Achterhoek region. You will collaborate with professionals in the social domain, including youth consultants, Wmo consultants, welfare workers, youth workers, and colleagues from care and safety. In this dynamic environment, collaboration, societal impact, and professional development are central.

Wie ben jij?

You hold a completed degree in Orthopedagogy or Psychology at a minimum of WO level; You possess a valid SKJ registration as a behavioral scientist; You have at least 1 year of work experience in youth care, preferably in a municipal setting; You have demonstrable knowledge of the Youth Act; knowledge of the Wmo is a strong advantage; You are analytical, communicative, coaching, and able to advise and guide colleagues professionally.
