Als Bedrijfsleider Kassen geef je samen met een collega direct leiding aan het kasteam van 35 medewerkers. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor zaadteelten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe groenterassen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team optimaal wordt ondersteund en voorzien van alle benodigdheden om hun taken effectief uit te voeren. Samen met je team stimuleer je samenwerking en werk je continu aan de verbetering van de afdeling, met oog voor toekomstige ontwikkelingen. Je hebt ook aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkelingswensen. Inhoudelijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor teelt, planning en techniek. Je houdt je bezig met:
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Implementeren van innovaties op het gebied van teelttechniek en digitale teeltadministratie.
- Verdere automatisering van het teeltsysteem.
- Leidinggeven aan (bouw)projecten, zowel binnen de eigen afdeling als bij afdeling overstijgende projecten.
- Beheren van energiemanagement.

To achieve this goal, we continuously strive to enhance our expertise in basic plant biology, molecular analysis and data analysis.
