The Role
Als Senior Contractmanager Bouwkundige Projecten ben jij de expert die onze grote aannemers helpt om bouwkundige projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Samen met je team maak je impact binnen Royal Schiphol Group door het verder professionaliseren van contractmanagement.
The Role
In deze rol stuur je, samen met je team, onze grote aannemers aan en bouw je sterke relaties op met stakeholders. Je voorkomt verrassingen in complexe materie door goed op de hoogte te zijn van de ontwikkelingen en ziet problemen als uitdagingen die je samen met anderen oplost.
Responsibilities
- Actief bijdragen aan de consistente uitvoering van het contractbeheersplan.
- Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van escalaties op basisovereenkomsten.
- Evalueren van contractbeheersing en deelnemen aan audits.
- Zorgdragen voor een beheerste contractvorming en het behalen van prestaties met de aannemer.
- Professionaliseren van contractmanagement binnen de afdeling.
Requirements
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in bouwkunde, installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of technische bedrijfskunde.
- Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring in contractmanagement binnen de bouw of installatietechniek.
- Ervaring in een grote, dynamische werkomgeving met complexe stakeholderlandschappen.
- Kennis van systeemgerichte contractbeheersing.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

- Salaris tussen € 5703 en € 7912 bruto per maand (Schaal 13).
- Een 13e maand.
