The Role

As a Bartender at Pulitzer's Bar, you will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding bar experience from the moment guests arrive until their last drink. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages while ensuring every drink meets our high standards. You will welcome guests, take orders, and recommend drinks tailored to their tastes, sharing the intriguing stories behind our offerings.

During your shift, you will maintain an organized bar and mise en place, restock supplies, handle payments, and ensure cleanliness. Collaboration with your team is key, especially during busy services and events, as you support one another to enhance the guest experience. You will be attentive to guests' needs, ensuring they receive timely service and special touches that make their visit memorable.
