In the role of Banking Manager, you will report to the Associate Partner and undertake the following responsibilities:

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead and execute consulting missions for clients, ensuring high service and quality standards.
• Oversee and guide the consulting work of other team members.
• Contribute to expanding our market share in the Belgian banking sector, aligning our offerings with market needs.
• Engage in business development activities in the Netherlands as needed.
• Actively participate in business development from our Amsterdam office, including prospecting, proposal writing, and customer relationship management.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Belgian banking market, analyzing business model evolutions and sector trends to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Create thought leadership materials such as case studies, expertise letters, and press articles to support marketing and prospecting efforts.
• Coach and guide consultants and consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands.

Vereisten

• Master’s degree from a top-tier university (business, engineering, economics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the banking market.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in consulting within the banking sector.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development skills.
• Ability to monitor market trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
• Experience managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics, with the ability to quickly gain expertise.
• Bilingual in Dutch and English; proficiency in Dutch is essential.
