Als ROVA Back-up Fysiotherapeut ben jij de stabiele factor wanneer alles verschuift. Je werkt in-company op de locaties van onze opdrachtgevers in Nederland. Je behandelt medewerkers in een vroeg stadium, voordat kleine klachten grote worden, en neemt je klinische expertise mee de fitnessvloer op. De ene dag staan hands-on behandeling en revalidatie centraal, de andere dag werkplekonderzoeken, ergonomietrainingen of begeleiding bij re-integratie. Dankzij jou blijven onze locaties draaien wanneer het onverwachte gebeurt. Je werkt een vast aantal uren, in overleg ingedeeld, rondom een leven dat ook niet altijd volgens plan loopt. Fulltime en parttime mogelijk.
