We are looking for a technically skilled Back Office Employee for our Project Business department, which focuses on the commissioning and maintenance of building and facade automation. You will support our projects from request and quotation to execution, service, and invoicing.
In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with commercial and administrative support. You will understand how motors, sensors, and controls work together and be able to read and assess technical requests, drawings, and product specifications. This enables you to translate customer inquiries into suitable quotations and ensure our Service Engineers have the correct information, materials, and preparations.
You will work closely with colleagues from various departments, contribute ideas for smart solutions for customers, and actively participate in the success of our projects. You will monitor progress, carefully document agreements, and identify missing information or technical ambiguities.
Standard inquiries will be handled independently, while more complex issues will require collaboration with the appropriate technical colleague. If you see ways to improve efficiency or customer friendliness, we welcome your ideas, as we believe in continuous improvement together.
