They support complex projects from initial feasibility studies to detailed engineering and procurement phases. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team, the organization provides customized solutions for offshore platforms, maritime installations, and extensive energy infrastructure. The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a vital link within multidisciplinary offshore engineering projects. Your role will involve ensuring coordination between engineering disciplines while facilitating project delivery concerning planning, quality, and technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, budget oversight, and monitoring project progress.
- Translate client requirements into technically viable engineering solutions.
- Manage interfaces between various engineering disciplines.
- Oversee proposal and tender processes.
- Prepare technical specifications and contract documentation.
- Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Occasionally act as Project Lead on specific assignments.
You will be involved in technically challenging offshore energy projects that require large-scale installations and complex engineering environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or similar).
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer in an engineering consultancy or technical project setting.
- Affinity for offshore projects or complex industrial installations.
- Ability to convert technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and contractors.
