MMD is seeking a skilled and proactive Graphic Designer to enhance our monitors and IT accessories division. If you are a creative professional who excels in an international setting and enjoys diverse design projects—from digital campaigns to video production—this role is for you. You will take charge of design projects, creating impactful marketing and sales materials for our products across Europe while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be integrated into the European Marketing Team, closely collaborating with country sales organizations and cross-functional teams. You will manage design projects, producing high-quality marketing assets, including video content, and ensuring all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Develop and adapt high-quality visual assets based on existing strategies and materials.
• Create a wide range of marketing content, including banners, advertisements, videos, and digital assets across multiple channels.
• Support communication plans with visually engaging content.
• Serve as a key contact for design-related topics within the European team.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Present and explain design concepts and decisions confidently to stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate external creative agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Continuously review and enhance design processes, tools, and outputs.
• Contribute to new visual concepts and support brand evolution.

Content Creation Scope

• Website and Partner Portal.
• Online and offline advertising.
• Country-specific campaigns and promotions.
• New product launch materials (banners, roll-ups, videos).
• Event and trade show materials (booths, giveaways, displays).

Stakeholder Management

• Internal: Sales teams across Europe, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Global Marketing.
• External: Creative agencies, PR & advertising agencies, translation partners, customers (e.g., e-tailers).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience managing external agencies.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with distributors/resellers.
• Experience in events and booth design (e.g., trade shows).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
