In this pivotal role, you will oversee key operations, coordinating passenger services at counters, gates, and connections, with a focus on resolving service disruptions to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for training, developing, and guiding agent teams, promoting operational excellence and strict adherence to corporate procedures and standards. Your contributions will help millions of people connect with the world.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations at counters, boarding gates, sales, ramp operations, and baggage services, ensuring service continuity and compliance with operational and customer service standards.
• Lead work teams, manage shifts, roles, and leave, fostering a positive work environment and professional development through on-site observation, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Manage contingencies in coordination with airport authorities and operational areas, efficiently resolving incidents and ensuring the team's adaptability to changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, manage operational resources, and maintain effective communication with key airport stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and G Suite is essential; knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
• Advanced level of English (C1) is required.
