The Role

The Role

As a Sales Assistant (Style Maker), you will introduce clients to the Golden world, sharing the brand's heritage and values. Your primary focus will be on crafting personalized looks that reflect clients' personalities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in expressing their individuality through ideal looks, contributing to the store's business objectives and overall success.
  • Actively engage in the sales process by providing detailed product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, making clients feel valued within the Golden Family, and utilizing digital tools for updates and personalized offers.
  • Contribute to the store's overall presentation by maintaining visual displays and ensuring product alignment with brand standards.
  • Support store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
  • Effectively use IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and understand relevant industry trends and local market dynamics.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and customers.
  • Strong team player.
