We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist for a remote contract position. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to create professional design assets while documenting your creative workflows for digital projects.

The Role

You will lead full-cycle design projects, showcasing your design process from initial sketches to final delivery. You'll articulate your creative decision-making and workflow choices while collaborating with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete design workflows using industry-standard tools from concept to final asset delivery.
• Document creative processes, explaining decision-making and problem-solving techniques clearly.
• Organize and prepare design files for team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
• Apply expert color correction, visual composition, and asset optimization for professional results.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and share design knowledge across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and illustration.
• Proficiency in digital design software (raster/vector tools).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complete project workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills to explain design processes.
• Expertise in asset organization and file management.
• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual refinement.

Technical Tools Used

• Industry-standard design software (Adobe Suite, Krita, etc.).
• Pixel art/animation tools (Libresprite, Aseprite, or similar).
• Cloud collaboration platforms (Figma, Google Drive).
• Documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs).
