The Role

As the Senior Director of Employee Engagement for EMEA, you will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Compensation & Benefits and Mobility programs across the region. Collaborating with HR leaders and global Total Rewards teams, you will enhance the employee experience by ensuring our reward philosophy aligns with growth, talent development, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of compensation, benefits, and executive reward programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analytics to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Oversee job evaluation systems to maintain internal equity and compliance.
  • Model merit cycles and salary review scenarios across EMEA.
  • Manage regional incentive programs and translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for EMEA on Total Rewards and Mobility topics, influencing HR leaders across clusters.
  • Shape a cohesive rewards framework that enhances engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, or Total Rewards roles in multinational environments.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
