We are seeking a B2B Risk Analyst to join our Risk Analytics team within the Client Underwriting Unit. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our risk assessment processes, focusing on affordability and solvency for B2B customers in a balanced risk decision environment.

The Role

As a B2B Risk Analyst, you will lead the redesign of underwriting models, improve data analysis processes, and establish multi-country credit frameworks. You will collaborate closely with functions such as Risk Product, Fraud Risk Steering, and Data Science to develop next-generation credit models and enhance reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

Redesign B2B underwriting models, including scorecards, decision engines, and rating methodologies.
Continuously improve data analysis and business processes to support product expansion.
Build harmonized credit frameworks while adapting to local market dynamics.
Establish best practices for ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses.
Partner with Data Science to deploy ML-based credit models.
Enhance reporting frameworks and risk KPIs for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

Significant experience in B2B risk analytics, preferably in BNPL, lending, payments, or fintech.
Relevant experience in credit risk management.
Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, R) for complex analytical tasks.
Experience in an international, agile, cross-functional environment.
Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
