We are seeking a B2B Risk Analyst to join our Risk Analytics team within the Client Underwriting Unit. This role involves a hands-on approach to risk assessment, focusing on affordability and solvency for B2B customers while contributing to our risk strategy development and monitoring.

The Role

As a B2B Risk Analyst, you will lead the redesign of underwriting models and enhance our risk assessment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the redesign of B2B underwriting models, including scorecards, decision engines, rule sets, and rating methodologies.
• Continuously improving data analysis and business processes to support B2B product expansion in new markets.
• Building harmonized multi-country credit frameworks while adapting strategies to local market dynamics and regulations.
• Establishing best practices for ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses.
• Partnering with Data Science to develop and deploy ML-based credit models for B2B customers.
• Enhancing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and risk KPIs to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in B2B risk analytics, preferably in BNPL, lending, payments, or fintech.
• Relevant experience in credit risk management.
• Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, R) for complex analytical tasks.
• Experience in an international, agile, cross-functional environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
